Do you see anything wrong with the above photo?* I do, but that’s because I’m a Super Fred, a cyclist who took the time to learn. The guys in the photo didn’t. They are Freds. They know nothing.

At SUPERFRED we want to help you. We want you to know how things work. Yeah, we can get you cool stuff, put it on your bike, fix it, fit it to your body, and do all the work for you. But that’s not the point.

The point is we want to help you avoid the expensive and wasteful side of cycling. We want to help you set up your bike, select sensible products, fix everything. We want to teach you how to ride safely, eat and drink on the bike, the wonders of single and double pace lines, the intricacies of echelons. We’ll help make you a cyclist who knows how to ride a straight line, fall down, and get back up. We will not sell you silly stuff, tell you lies, or lead you towards danger.
